"The Common One" is what you could describe as the original chocolate chip cookie. Except we think ours is the best one out there. No cheap and waxy chocolate chips, just the finest locally sourced chocolate chunks. No artificial vanilla flavours, just ridiculously expensive real vanilla extract. No shortcuts either, just an annoyingly long-winded process to ensure we produce the best cookie possible. Our ingredient costs would make any accountant hot around the collar. Actually, there is no collar. Bevan wears a singlet to work. He works from home.
